Shalala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 23, 2023,<a href=\"https:\/\/newuniversityinexileconsortium.org\/\"> New University in Exile Consortium<\/a> colleague, Azerbaijani economist, <a href=\"https:\/\/freegubad.com\/\">Dr. Gubad Ibadoghlu<\/a>, was unjustly arrested during a visit to Baku. He has been kept in detention under extremely difficult conditions ever since.
